Smart Track monitoring e-mails configuration screen
This topic provides an overview of the Smart Track monitoring e-mails configuration screen, how to access it and all the settings and buttons on it.
NOTE: Depending on the type of account you have this screen may only be available to administrators.
This feature requires option E10 Live location monitoring. If you do not have this option this screen is not available.
The Smart Track monitoring e-mails configuration screen allows you to configure the email addresses used by OSS-ESPA which receive live location monitoring emails from operators.

Enter the email address which will then be available for you to select when you are configuring the live location monitoring in the Import from setting on the People and devices screen's Phone numbers and Vehicles tabs.
Enter the server provided by your email operator.
Enter the port number provided by your email operator.
Select if you want the email account to use SSL security. This is typically selected.
Select the protocol of the email server, either POP or IMAP.
Enter the email address provided by your email operator.
Enter the password provided by your email operator.
This setting improves the efficiency when you are importing historical Smart Track data using Import historical data since. Enter the number of days of messages you want cached, and it will import only these messages.
Set this configuration as the default that all smart track emails are sent to.
Click to save any changes you have made.
Click to verify the email configuration is correct. A message of "Connected with success" appears on the screen. If the message "Server not found" appears then it is likely your settings are incorrect.
Click to close the screen without applying any changes you may have made.
This indicates if messages have been imported to the email address and which cases are using it.
